I don't think there is a clear-cut good
vs. evil in society. People can do good things as well as bad things,
and anyone is able to act a certain way, so there's really no “good
people” or “bad people” in the world.
Humanity as a whole is pretty neutral
because no one is predictable enough to call them a good person of
evil person. I do not believe that one could take out the other once
and for all because no one wants to be the same thing all the time,
so if they do bad things, they're bound to do something good, and if
someone does good things all the time, they're bound to try to do bad
things at some point due to temptations and pressures in our world
today, also having to do with conformity issues. People are always
wanting to experiment and try new things and will want to conform to
what society wants, so if people are doing bad things and getting
attention and recognition for it, other people are more likely to
follow along their path; this is also true for doing good things.
There is not particularly a clear-cut
division between the two, more of just a huge grey area. So for that
reason, good will never take out all the evil in the world, and evil
will never be able to take out all the good in the world. No matter
what happens, there will always be good, as well as evil, taking
place at any given time. It all depends on a person's character.
