2. In all of our hearts there’s a desire for adventure. What’s your idea of a great adventure? It doesn't have to be something dramatic and huge, but describe it in detail. Why does it appeal to you?

Response to prompt 2— There are so many adventures I want to have. Doing more rock climbing, learning to ride a horse, going on a mountain biking trip, backpacking in Alaska, etc. But for this prompt I’ll describe an ideal mountain biking trip. I’m not sure where I exactly would go (I don’t know where to find a good mountain biking trail..) but I would like to go with a few of my guy friends and some adult men for sure. Maybe some leaders from my church or our dads. We’d go a day at a time across long trails at high downhill speeds near the edge of a cliff for added risk factor. At night we’d build a nice fire and cook some food, praying and talking about real stuff like what it means to be a real man of God and what it looks like to live in the full masculinity God gave us, receiving leadership from the adults who have gone before us. We’d camp for the night, wake up early and get going again. Praying for the opportunity to do that sometime, hopefully soon.
