What is it good for? - Julia Wilson

Okay honestly I hate thinking about war and global/political issues because it makes my head hurt but I will try. I think that there is a time for war, during dire times. If a country's people and society are being seriously threatened by another country I believe war could be necessary. But it all depends on the situation. You have to look at the risk/reward factor and whether the benefits outweigh the certain consequences. Look at Hiroshima: was that necessary? It's debatable. If Japan wasn't stopped who knows what they would have done to us, but it's gross to think of all the innocent people we killed because our countries couldn't get their ish together in a more civil way. So to answer this question: i really don't know. I believe you should try to handle things as peacefully as possible but if war becomes necessary then so be it.
