Is there a time for war? I believe that yes sometimes there is. Sometimes it's morally right and sometimes it isn't. When other countries have made threats towards ours and civil talking or negotiations or treaties cannot fix it, or other countries declare war on countries that cannot defend  themselves, war is okay, it's morally okay for our country to intervene. if diplomacy can solve the issue then that is the route to take but if diplomacy is not an option then war is an acceptable option. For instance, the United States has attempted diplomacy with the Taliban but they never want too cooperate so now we have to take violent action to stop them from taking violent action against innocent civilians. sometimes countries do not need to intervene in matters of other countries. A country can solve its own problems and doesn't need interference from other countries sometimes, but when the government asks for assistance then other countries can come to its aid in a diplomatic way or a violent way.
